Join the O2 Media Forum

Today sees the launch of a new Forum dedicated to understanding the future of the media environment.

(New Media Age subscribers can read the story here)

Leading figures from across the media, advertising, academic, marketing and research sectors will be exchanging ideas, concerns, expectations and insights on the products and services that will help them innovate over the coming years.   Click here to join.

The Forum will provide participants with new research findings, expert commentary and the chance to participate in live events with peers across the industry.  These include exclusive insight-dinners, quantitative polling and a half-day deliberative research study.   Each event and research study is designed to further the participants’ understanding of the issues and collectively generate an industry viewpoint.

Shaun Gregory, MD of 02 Media commented: “This Forum is a really exciting venture for 02.  The world of media and media research is full of creative people with wide-ranging skills, interests and ideas, we hope that this Forum will create a place for them to refine and develop those ideas by working alongside their peers, clients, partners and specialists.  Innovation often gets lost in the melee of ‘me too’ responses and watered-down concepts – the Forum will be a hub of powerful thinking designed to deliver drive the media sector forward.”

The Forum is considered to be one of a kind and is run by insight specialists The Trajectory Partnership and runs throughout the year.  Whilst some events are invitation only the broader research programme is open to all media and research practitioners – agency and client-side.

Paul Flatters, Managing Partner of The Trajectory Partnership commented: “This Forum represents a wonderful opportunity for the sector to work together in designing new concepts and services as well as creating a more robust and integrated view on likely future demand.  We have created a mixed programme of expert commentary, polling and live deliberative events across the year to stimulate thinking and help practitioners build relationships across the industry. It is great to be working with O2 on this study, they have a clear focus on listening to emerging need and designing services around for the industry”
The Forum will run for the next twelve months and launches in October.  For more information about joining the Forum please visit the website www.trajectorypartnership.com/mediaforum or contact Nicola Austin Nicola@trajectorypartnership.com   There is no charge for participation although some restrictions do apply.
