We are delighted to announce the appointment of James Earle as an addition to our analysis team.
Since launch in 2008 we have been steadily expanding the Trajectory team. Earlier this year we appointed Katie Shearn to the new role ‘Head of Research and Consultancy’ and today we are really pleased to announce that the growth is continuing.
James joins us from the Maldives High Commission where he was part of their research and political affairs team, he has a degree in classics from Oxford and has already worked with our clients at Musgrave Retail Group and the communications agency 23Red.

Trajectory was founded in 2008 by Paul Flatters, Michael Willmott and Chris Farmelo. Their experience in this sector is extensive having held board positions at the Henley Centre for Forecasting (now the Futures Company) and the Future Foundation. Trajectory’s current clients include Sun Life Direct, Nokia, Metro, Carat, Kellogg’s and RAPP.
