Our Managing Partner, Paul Flatters, recently spoke to the members of the Peach Network, an invitation only network for senior members of the hospitality industry. Using findings from our consumer behaviour in the recession study he explored current behaviour within this sector drawing out specific 'eating out' behaviour accross the segments that we identified.
